Tuscola County Car Accident Lawyers
A Tuscola County car accident has resulted in the death of a Sandusky woman. The accident took place on February 28, 2009 when a car going the wrong way on M-46 in Denmark Township caused an accident. Lavonne Hendershot was killed in the car accident. Her husband Timothy Hendershot and daughter were taken to the hospital for treatment. So was the driver of the other car, John Wade of Saginaw. Although it appears John Wade was the one going the wrong way, the accident is still under investigation.
I am very sorry this tragic accident happened. I want to express my sympathy for Lavonne Hendershot’s passing and to say I hope the people injured in the car accident are able to recover.
