Verona Township Bicycle-Car Accident
There was a story in the paper today about bicyclist injured in a Verona Township bicycle-car accident on November 29 in Huron County. According to the Huron County Sheriff’s Office, a 54-year-old Bad Axe man rode his bicycle on Learman, near Van Dyke, when he was allegedly struck from behind by 1997 Dodge Intrepid, driven by a 22-year-old man. The Bad Axe man was taken to a local hospital for treatment of his serious injuries. Police are still investigating this accident.
