Imlay City Tractor-Car Accident Kills Tractor Driver

Russell Roszczewski, a 22-year old man, was killed in an Imlay City car accident involving a tractor on Shaw Road east of Brown City Road.  The accident took place on Sunday, November 28th, around 9 a.m.  According to police, Roszczewski was turning left into his driveway on his tractor when a van, who was in the process of passing him, struck him.  Roszczewski was ejected from the tractor due to the impact of the accident and was pronounced dead at the scene of the accident. The driver of the van does not suffer injuries.

Pedestrain Killed In Hit And Run Car Accident On I-96

James Gearald Parks, 26, was killed in a Taylor hit and run accident that occurred on Interstate 96 near Milford Road.  The pedestrian accident took place on Saturday, October 30th, around 5 p.m.  According to police, Parks was walking along the shoulder of the freeway when he was struck by a vehicle.  Parks was found off of I-96 in a wooded area and was pronounced dead at the scene.  The driver of the vehicle surrendered himself to Garden City police after running from the hit and run accident.

Monroe County Hit And Run Bike Accident

Our Michigan bike accident lawyers are reporting a tragic Monroe hit and run accident.  The accident took place on Sunday, October 24th in the early a.m. hours. According to police, Anthony J. Stemen was killed when he was struck from behind while riding a three-wheeled bicycle on North Monroe St., in Frenchtown Township.

Fatal Monroe County Hit And Run Accident Involves Car And Bicyclist
