Oak Park Girl Drowns in Apartment Swimming Pool That Was Poorly Maintained

There was a tragic story in the news today about an Oak park girl drowning in an apartment swimming pool. According to Oak Park police, the girl had been swimming in a pool at Providence Green Apartments when she slipped under the surface unnoticed and drowned. The water at the apartment pool was too murky to notice her body.

Parents of children who are victims and/or drown to apartment pool accidents may have legal rights. In pools that are not properly maintained, children can have difficulty with their footing and may not be observable if they are below a filthy water surface such as this accident.
