Southeast Michigan ATV Accident Kills 11-Year-Old Boy
Our Michigan personal injury lawyers are reporting a tragic story in the news today about an ATV accident. The accident took place on Friday, August 13th, around 8 p.m. in Rome Township. According to police, the 11-year-old boy, Tanner Hubert, was riding as a passenger on the ATV when it crashed while trying to make a U-turn. Driving the ATV was Justin Pate, a 21-year old.
