Our Michigan personal injury lawyers are reporting a Branch County truck accident that involved a horse and buggy. The accident too place at 6:30 p.m. on August 9th on Jonesville Road near Quincy. According to police, pickup truck driver, Shawn Stuckey, tried to pass a horse and buggy, but instead bumped it from behind. The driver of the buggy, Amy Eicher was killed and her daughter who shares her name was seriously injured due to the crash.

This is displayed in the infographic along with a list of benefits, such as free health care, free sports program, funding to earn a degree, and laundry services that are available to prisoners but not students.

Superintendent Bootz writes in his proposal, adequately funding schools would give them “the resources necessary to keep our students out of prison.”

Cuts have been made to school spending, but prison spending has also been cut in the budget in the Michigan legislature approved in May. However, proportionately it was half the cut inflicted on public schools.

Cynthia Hiszak was struck by a boat while swimming in Bear Lake on July 30th at about 2:40 p.m.  According to police, Hiszak was swimming off her own anchored boat when another boat driven by James Jonassen struck her and then collided with her boat.  Hiszak was killed and Jonassen suffers injuries due to the boat accident.

The ATV accident turned out to be fatal as Dotson died Tuesday morning, July 19th.

Our Michigan boat accident lawyers are reporting a story in the news about a Barry County boat accident between a 14-foot aluminum craft operated by Donald Nickens and a jet boat operated by an Ohio resident.  According to police, the the jet boat rammed the aluminum craft. The operator of the jet boat was intoxicated at the time of the boat accident.
