Girl Falls From Western Michigan University Fraternity House Balcony In Kalamazoo
Our Michigan personal injury lawyers are reporting a story in the news today about a Kalamazoo fall injury accident. The accident took place on Wednesday, September 1st, at a Western Michigan University fraternity house. According to police, the 18-year-old girl, Jordan Sanderson, fell 10 ft, and is in critical condition. The Kalamazoo Public Safety Department believes code violations may have contributed to the fall, balusters that held up the railing removed, as other violations including no smoke detectors in the house were discovered.
I am very sorry to hear about this accident and hope the young girl has a fast recovery without any permanent damages.
