Hazel Park Hit And Run Pedestrian-Car Accident In Fatal

The accident took place on Sunday, September 12th, in the early a.m. hours.  According to police, Samuwell Landrum was struck by a hit and run vehicle and killed on I-75 when he attempting to provide first aid to help friend, Kyle Davis, who fell out of the party bus they were on. According to the National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), two crashes were caused due to this problem, along with 234 complaints of rear axle problems.  Ford told NHTSA on Thursday that owners of this vehicle will be notified beginning September 27th.

Jet Ski Accident In Michigan Injures Teen

There was a story in the paper yesterday about a jet ski accidenton Crooked Lake. The accident took place on Saturday, July 22nd, around 11:05 a.m.  According to police, a 15 year old boy was riding a Sea-Doo when he made fast right turn into the path of another jet ski ridden by his friends, injuring one friend. The injured teen was taken to Northern Michigan Regional Hospital.

Michigan Boat Accident Kills Driver and Injures Four Passengers

There was a story in the paper yesterday about a fatal boating accident that killed one and injured four in Ottawa County on Saturday. According to police, a man driving a speedboat crashed into a pile of cement rocks on Grand River. The driver of the speedboat was pinned in the boat and died. His passengers included two adults who were in critical condition, and two children who received injuries as well.
