Parma Township Dog Bite

Our Michigan personal injuury lawyers are reporting a story in the news today about a Parma Township dog attack that left a girl injured.  The dog attack was a pit bull dog attack.  According to police, the pit bull bit her face.  The child suffers serious dog bite injuries.

Oak Park Girl Drowns in Apartment Swimming Pool That Was Poorly Maintained

There was a tragic story in the news today about an Oak park girl drowning in an apartment swimming pool. According to Oak Park police, the girl had been swimming in a pool at Providence Green Apartments when she slipped under the surface unnoticed and drowned. The water at the apartment pool was too murky to notice her body.

I am very sorry to hear about this tragic accident. My condolences go out to the family of the deceased girl.

Parents of children who are victims and/or drown to apartment pool accidents may have legal rights. ATV Accident Kills Child And Leaves One Injured In Michigan

One child died, and one child was injured, ages 9 and 13, while riding an all terrain vehicle (ATV) on 22 Mile and Garfield Roads in Macomb Township on April 13th. The boys were hit by a 17 year old driving an automobile. Both children were taken to local hospitals.

My deepest condolensces go out to the two boys who were killed and injured and their families.

ATVs and ORVs provide great thrill and excitement to riders but can pose significant safety risks to both riders and occupants.   Tragic accidents are reported all throughout the summer months in Michigan for ATV accidents.  Many of these involve ATV rollover accidents and others involve collisions with other vehicles.
