Branch County Horse And Buggy Accident

According to police, pickup truck driver, Shawn Stuckey, tried to pass a horse and buggy, but instead bumped it from behind. The driver of the buggy, Amy Eicher was killed and her daughter who shares her name was seriously injured due to the crash.
