ATV Accident at Silver Lake State Park Sand Dunes

Our Michigan ATV accident lawyers are reporting an Oceana County ATV accident that took place on July 18th at about 9:00 p.m. According to police, Jenni Dotson was riding her ATV at the Silver Lake State Park sand dune when she fell off the vehicle.  Reports show that the accident occurred when the vehicle went airborne and possibly landing on Dotson’s chest. The ATV accident turned out to be fatal as Dotson died Tuesday morning, July 19th.

Barry County Boat Accident Involves Jet Ski

Our Michigan boat accident lawyers are reporting a story in the news about a Barry County boat accident between a 14-foot aluminum craft operated by Donald Nickens and a jet boat operated by an Ohio resident.  According to police, the the jet boat rammed the aluminum craft. The operator of the jet boat was intoxicated at the time of the boat accident. Livingston County Car-Train Accident

Pedestrian Struck By Car In Marquette, Michigan Accident

Kalamazoo Sledding Accident Kills 8-Year-Old Boy
