Pewamo Michigan Hit and Run Death
A 31 year old Pewamo man was killed last night in a Michigan hit and run accident. Troy Ward died tragically after he was struck while walking on Hubbardston Road south of Stoney Creek Road while walking to a friend’s house. The vehicle did not stop and fled the scene. Police are still investigating.
In such a case, the family of the decedent can file a claim for Michigan No-Fault insurance benefits. These would include funeral bills and perhaps other benefits. They can make this claim even if he did not have his own car insurance policy. There may also be a claim for Michigan uninsured motorist benefits that can be made for a Michigan wrongful death claim. There are strict time limitations for making these claims and it is important that an experience attorney be contacted as soon as possible to investigate these claims. My firm handles these matters on a daily basis throughout the State of Michigan.

Here was an interesting post about an accident in which the person who died was not at fault. The vehicle which rammed him could not be traced yet. Can you give me some more information about the cases in which the culprit vehicle can not be brought to justice. And what sort of compensations or reliefs the family of the departed person can claim.
