Our Michigan bus accident lawyers advise victims of their legal rights. Victims of bus-pedestrian accidents do have legal rights. If you or a family member suffer injuries due to a Michigan bus accident, you may have claims for your personal injuries and can file Michigan no-fault insurance claims for medical expenses, lost wages, and other benefits. Families of people who are killed in bus accidents can often file a Michigan Wrongful Death Claim. At the very least, they should hire the best possible lawyer to look into these possibilities.
