Macomb County Car Accident Lawyer Files Drunk Driver Accident Lawsuit

Our Macomb County drunk driver accident lawyer recently filed a lawsuit on behalf of a client who suffered serious injuries after being hit by a drunk driver. The lawsuit was filed against the defendant seeking payment of economic and non-economic damages.

The drunk driver was apparently attempting to speed across 22 Mile Rd. when he crashed into our client’s vehicle.  Her injuries included head, neck, back, shoulder, and knee injuries. The suit was filed in the Macomb County Circuit Court in Mount Clemens, Michigan. No trial date has been set for the case.
